This message is just a little placeholder. I have so much to tell you about my day at Avon, I’ll have to break it up throughout the week. So come back every day, Monday through Friday, for a new post – I’ll be giving away a different prize everyday!

In other news, my good friend and CP “Amy” from Fanlit has a new website and blog under her pen name, India Carolina. Check it out!

And yes, for those asking – Tessa Woodward said I could send her my manuscript. Yay!

Awww. You plugged me! That’s so sweet. And just like you, Tessa. I think you’re a wonderful representative of the FanLit community. I’m so glad things went well, but I’m not the least bit surprised. After all, you’re a huge talent and a nice person. What more could they want?

Congratulations on the MS request! Not that any of us had a lot of doubts that GOTH would generate interest, but it’s great to know you got your foot in the door already!

On pins and needles to hear about your trip …

Well, thanks you guys – but I don’t know that I can call it a “manuscript request.” I didn’t even really pitch. She’d actually read this blog and my website, so I just asked “so can I send you my book?” And she was kind enough to say yes. So don’t anybody be reading too much into that.

She’s judging just about every contest this year, and if she hadn’t agreed to read it, I would have just kept entering contests until it got to her anyway. 🙂

Bev, I don’t mean to be a tease – there’s just too much to tell for one post.

Glad you made it home Ok.

I think it’s wonderful she read your blog. And take your time about sharing your adventure, as we want to hear every last detail! 🙂

I bet it was wonderful to give the kids a hug.
