My cousin and I were flower girls at her mom's wedding as children and half way through the ceremony, my cuz decided to sit down in front of the whole congregation. Luckily she had me (the stalwart, there's-no-crying-in-baseball soldier) right by her side, to mercilessly yank her back into standing position, then periodically squeeze her arm every time she started sagging thereafter. I was the sis without curly hair, so I never got to be the flower girl myself. But I can tell you from seeing others, she'll probably make it through the wedding better if she can see you as soon as she steps into the church. Excitement = tears, sometimes!
