Okay, I finally got a MySpace page. If you’re on MySpace, please come friend me! And tell me what you think of my gorgeous-looking page. Manda (of Romance Vagabonds) got me started. I love the look and colors, and this has been a great experiment as I start working with my web designer to redo my tessadare.com site. Till now, I’ve been a fan of the red/parchment/sepia look, as there’s no doubt it looks “historical”…but now I’m thinking a bold, energetic, colorful look might suit my books better. Any thoughts? Which do you prefer?

In other news, today is my wedding anniversary. On an unseasonably warm February day (mumble) years ago, Mr. Dare and I tied the knot. Several years, two kids, three pets, one house, and countless viewings of P&P later, that knot is tighter than ever. (Gee, that sounds kinda kinky. I didn’t mean it that way, swear.) We will celebrate by going to our first movie alone together since before dareling #2 was born…a year and a half ago. Seriously.

Mr. Dare, you’re my real-life romantic hero. I love you!
XOXOXOXOXOXO

Happy Anniversary! Hope you have many more.

PS Your MySpace page looks great! I’ll friend you later this week when I can stay online for longer than a few minutes.

    Hugs

    Happy Anniversary!

I am–completely–unfamiliar with MySpace. Yet another thing for my teenagers to teach me. (sigh) But your page is really pretty.

Love the colors and the look–but I don’t have a MySpace page–I hope I can still be your blog friend though…

    Happy Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary. Take advantage of every alone minute you can get. Even though dh and I are very close I fear we won’t know each other when the last has finally left the nest. We’ll have to reintroduce ourselves.

    Love the page.

    Happy Anniversary!

My friends migrated from MySpace to Facebook as soon as they convinced me to join, so I never did anything with my page – I guess I have to make it pretty now so it will be worthy of everyone else’s beautiful pages.

You and Mr. Dare are so sweet. Happy anniversary!

I think your myspace page looks darn purty. I love “Fresh and Flirty Historical Romance.” Is that your new tag line? Your photo is so dynamic and fun, too (not to mention gorgeous!).

I think bold and energetic colors would suit your books perfectly. I like the green and fuschia.

I’m redesigning my myspace page and will friend you soon.

Can’t wait to see your new website!

Can’t believe it’s been two kids and (mumble) years already. But it has been great in spite of our being opposites in a lot of ways.

That said, I am one very happy dude and there are no words to express the joy I feel about being married to Ms Dare. Heck, I even changed my last name for her (to Mr Dare).

Now, I only have to figure out what kind of myspace page I’m gonna have. One suggestion was “Mr. Dare” – man of mystery or something. Fuschia probably won’t suit me though…

Happy Anniversary! Mr. Dare is so sweet… Does he have a single brother?? Or single friends? LOl

    I suggest:

Mr. Dare, International Man of Mystery, you know something very James Bond-like.

As for colors, what about a deep blue or purple. Something bold. Something romantic. Something that fits your books and you.

Congrats again on the mumble of years you have together and too many more mumbles!

Aww…happy anniversary! Yup, I’ve been sucked into Myspace too, as you know. Not sure I like the way it looks, but I’m going to live with it for awhile. YOUR page is gorgeous, though!

I’ll friend you as soon as I can get the whole thing figured out. I’ve been thumping my head against MySpace for a while with no help and hardly a clue.

A very happy anniversary Mr. and Ms. Dare. Which movie, if I may ask, inspired this rare outing after 18 months?

Check out Elizabeth Boyle’s site. Look familiar?

I like boldness. Seems to suit the way your career has taken off. And very cute photo on Your Space.
